Canceling Your Membership Within 30 Days of Receipt
You can cancel your membership and return your Aro Home Device for any reason within 30 days of receiving the product.
- To initiate a return, please send an email to email@example.com outlining your concerns and desire to return.
- Once you complete your request, we will give you the necessary instructions to obtain a return label.
- Once we receive your Aro, we will refund you the full amount paid, excluding any shipping costs.
- Aro devices must be returned in the original packaging or an Aro-provided replacement to ensure they are properly packed and protected during shipping. If the original packaging has been discarded we will ship you a return box at the cost of $14.99. That cost will be deducted from the refund amount. Returns received in packaging other than the original packaging or an Aro-provided replacement will be subject to a $14.99 charge and/or additional charges if the product is damaged.
- Returned hardware must be in like-new and sellable condition. We retain the right to decline a return and/or charge up to the amount of an annual membership ($180) for damaged hardware.
- Returns must be received at our office within 45 days of the return request to process a full refund.
Canceling Your Membership After 30 Days
- To cancel your membership outside the 30-day window, please email firstname.lastname@example.org outlining your desire to cancel.
- If you are on the monthly payment plan, your monthly payments will continue until your 12-month commitment period ends. The Aro Home device is yours to keep after your membership period.
- If you chose the annual payment plan, you will not make another payment and your subscription will expire when your 12 or 24-month commitment period ends. The Aro Home device is yours to keep after your membership period.
