Canceling Your Membership Within 30 Days of Receipt

You can cancel your membership and return your Aro Home Device for any reason within 30 days of receiving the product. 

  • To initiate a return, please send an email to support@goaro.com outlining your concerns and desire to return.
  • Once you complete your request, we will give you the necessary instructions to obtain a return label.
  • Once we receive your Aro, we will refund you the full amount paid, excluding any shipping costs. 
  • If you do not have the original packaging, please make sure to pack the device securely to prevent damage during shipping. We retain the right to decline a return and/or charge up to the amount of an annual membership ($180) for damaged hardware. 
  • Returned hardware must be in like-new and sellable condition. We retain the right to decline a return and/or charge up to the amount of an annual membership ($180) for damaged hardware. 
  • Returns must be received at our office within 45 days of the return request to process a full refund. 

Canceling Your Membership After 30 Days

  • To cancel your membership outside the 30-day window, please email support@goaro.com outlining your desire to cancel. 
  • If you are on the monthly payment plan, your monthly payments will continue until your 12-month commitment period ends. The Aro Home device is yours to keep after your membership period. 
  • If you chose the annual payment plan, you will not make another payment and your subscription will expire when your 12 or 24-month commitment period ends. The Aro Home device is yours to keep after your membership period.
