Canceling Your Membership Within 30 Days of Receipt

You can cancel your membership and return your Aro smart box for any reason within 30 days of receiving the product. 

  • To initiate a return, please send an email to support@goaro.com outlining your concerns and desire to return.
  • Once you complete your request, we will give you the necessary instructions to obtain a return label.
      • Upon receiving your unit, we will refund you the full amount paid minus shipping costs. 

 

Canceling Your Membership After 30 Days

  • To cancel your membership outside of the 30-day window, please send an email to support@goaro.com outlining your desire to cancel. 
  • If you chose the monthly payment plan, you will have the following options:
      • Pay in full for the remaining months of your membership commitment.
      • Continue payments on your current schedule until your commitment period ends.
  • If you chose the annual payment plan:
      • You will not make another payment and your access will expire when your commitment period ends.
