Canceling Your Membership Within 30 Days of Receipt
You can cancel your membership and return your Aro smart box for any reason within 30 days of receiving the product.
- To initiate a return, please send an email to support@goaro.com outlining your concerns and desire to return.
- Once you complete your request, we will give you the necessary instructions to obtain a return label.

- Upon receiving your unit, we will refund you the full amount paid minus shipping costs.

Canceling Your Membership After 30 Days
- To cancel your membership outside of the 30-day window, please send an email to support@goaro.com outlining your desire to cancel.
- If you chose the monthly payment plan, you will have the following options:

- Pay in full for the remaining months of your membership commitment.
- Continue payments on your current schedule until your commitment period ends.

- If you chose the annual payment plan:

- You will not make another payment and your access will expire when your commitment period ends.
