Update Through Payment Portal

If you purchased your Aro Device through our website, you can manage your payment details and billing information through our payment portal at https://goaro.com/billing.  

If you purchased your membership through the App Store or Google Play, Apple and Google manage all payments and subscriptions in their respective App Stores.

 

Important Notes

  • If you are on the monthly payment plan, your monthly payments will continue until your 12-month commitment period ends. The Aro Home device is yours to keep after your membership period. 
  • If you chose the annual payment plan, you will not make another payment and your subscription will expire when your 12 or 24-month commitment period ends. The Aro Home device is yours to keep after your membership period. 
  • If you purchased your subscription through the App Store or Google Play, we are unable to process refunds and recommend reaching out to the team at your App Store to request a refund.
