Where's my Activation Code?

An activation code was sent to the email address used to purchase your Aro membership from our website. Your Aro account will automatically authenticate if you register with the email address you purchased with. If you are using a different email address you will be promoted to enter your activation code. Please note - the code is a one-time code and is case-sensitive. 

If you cannot locate your activation code, please submit a request to support@goaro.com and include the email address used to purchase your Aro membership as well as the order number from your receipt. If you received Aro as a gift, please provide the name of the person who gifted the Aro membership to you.

If you have not purchased a membership through our website or received Aro as a gift, you can visit our membership page to join and receive an activation code.
