The Aro box contains one wireless charger and four charging cables. The wireless charger is in the slot furthest to the back of the box (see image below). Placing your phone against this pad will allow it to wirelessly charge. Please note, not all cases are compatible with wireless charging.
Charging Status Light
- Flashing White - A flashing white light means the phone is detected and properly charging.
- Flashing Red - A flashing red light means the phone is detected on the charger but not making precise enough contact to continue charging. Generally, all you need to do in that case is slide the phone to the left or right for it to make good contact.
- Solid Red - There is an error with the wireless charger. Please contact us at support@goaro.com.
